Position Overview
Wavcor is seeking a full-time Territory Manager to support and grow dealer and end-user sales across Western Canada. This role is responsible for driving product adoption, strengthening dealer relationships, and expanding Wavcor’s presence in the marketplace. The position is ideal for a motivated, customer-focused sales professional with a passion for agriculture and hands-on technical products.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Territory Development
Build and manage strong relationships with Co-op Agro Centres and other dealers in Canada.
Provide in-person and virtual product training and sales support to dealers.
Work with dealers and internal teams to generate product demand and achieve sales targets.
Identify and follow up on new dealer and end-user leads via phone, email, and in-field visits.
Prepare, distribute, and follow up on quotes for dealers and end users.
Maintain accurate pricing, product information, and territory activity.
Marketing & Promotion
Collaborate with the Marketing Manager to develop dealer and end-user marketing programs.
Collect customer feedback, testimonials, and success stories to support marketing initiatives.
Coordinate and attend tradeshows within Canada and, when required, internationally.
Support third-party marketing partners by providing content, ideas, imagery, and video input.

Dealer & Customer Support
Deliver product training sessions to new and existing dealers.
Provide technical and product support to dealers and end users by phone, email, and in person.
Act as a trusted point of contact between dealers, customers, and Wavcor’s internal teams.

Administration & Reporting
Manage sales activities and customer interactions within Wavcor’s CRM system, including leads, quotes, purchase orders, and customer records.
Maintain organized, accurate documentation related to territory activity and sales performance.
Perform other duties as assigned to support business growth.
The Ideal Candidate Will Have
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
A proactive, self-motivated approach with strong organizational skills.
Experience or familiarity with the agriculture industry.
Comfort working with basic computer applications.
Willingness to travel extensively within Canada, with occasional travel to the U.S. or internationally.
A valid driver’s license.
