Saskatoon, SK – December 18, 2025 — Wavcor International, a Saskatchewan-based leader in grain aeration and drying technology, is pleased to announce a new distribution partnership with Federated Co-operatives Limited (FCL), the primary wholesale supplier to Co-op retailers throughout Western Canada. Through this partnership, Wavcor’s aeration and drying products will now be available to producers at local Co-op locations across the region.
Wavcor’s product range includes the popular Manhole Aeration Cylinders. Early in 2025, Wavcor successfully launched this new product line, offering farmers an affordable, easy-to-install way to retrofit existing hopper-bottom bins for aeration. was The cylinder takes only a few minutes to install and can significantly reduce spoilage risk by conditioning grain once it is in storage.
Also included in the distribution arrangement is Wavcor’s Airblast fan. The fan runs on propane or natural gas, so no electricity is required on site. Delivering up to 22 horsepower, Airblast creates powerful, efficient airflow. The fan can both aerate and dry grain and can easily be moved from bin to bin.
“Partnering with FCL allows us to make our technology more accessible to producers across Western Canada,” said Jason Griffith with Wavcor. “Co-op retailers are trusted by farmers, and this distribution network ensures that modern, reliable grain management tools are available where and when producers need them.”
