  • Choose from a Kohler 22 HP or Vanguard 20 HP engine.

  • Gaseous ready eying means no troublesome fuel adapters.

 

  • Engines carry a full factory warranty from the engine manufacturer.

 

  • Both engines operate on propane, the Kohler engine can also operate on natural gas.

Control System

  • Automate the drying process with the Airblast control system.

  • Fans can be controlled from anywhere using the included Airblast controller.

  • Manage the controller through the smartphone app or through the manual interface on the controller.

  • The app operates on iOS or Android.

  • The control system operates over cellular or bluetooth.

Sensors

  • Airblast connects to existing Bin-Sense and OPI temperature and moisture cables to measure grain properties.

  • Airblast has an Ambient Humidity and Temperature sensor.

  • There is also sensors for measuring Plenum Humidity, Temperature and Static Pressure.

  • All sensor data is viewable in the Airblast app.

Temperature Control

  • Ambient air moves through the engine housing, absorbing heat.

 

  • Engine exhaust is routed through a heat exchanger that  absorbs the heat.

  • Harmful exhaust gases do not enter the air stream.

  • Up to 100,000 BTU/hr can be added to the air stream.

  • The warmer air reduces drying time. 

  • When drying is done the fan changes to cooling mode to cool the grain.
